Bold Park Aquatic Bold Park Aquatic Centre aims to provide a safe and friendly aquatic environment with its programmes and services accessible to a diverse range of patrons. It consists of a 10 lane 50m pool and a semi-enclosed leisure pool which includes four 20m lanes, open all year round. The Role Exciting opportunity to join the energetic and dynamic team at Bold Park Aquatic as the Swim School Supervisor. In this role, you will support the Senior Programs Officer in overseeing the Swim Academy program, helping to ensure the highest standards of education and safety are maintained. Drawing on your passion for delivering high-level customer service, you will supervise on-shift operations and provide guidance to Swim Instructors in the delivery of their lessons. The Town is currently seeking two (2) permanent part-time Swim School Supervisors. The successful applicant must be available to work 15 hours across Monday - Sunday. Selection Criteria Well-developed customer service skills and previous experience in a customer focused role. Extensive experience teaching swimming lessons to a range of ages and ability levels. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Computer literate and with adequate typing skills. Demonstrated Cash Handling and numeracy skills. Experience in using computerised Venue Management Systems. Effective interpersonal and team work skills. Ability to work in an organised manner in a busy environment with competing priorities.
